Overall condition and maintenance of the building facade.

Condition of common areas: lobby, lifts, corridors, carpark.

Quality and availability of shared facilities (pool, gym, playground, BBQ pits).

Security features (guards, CCTV, access control).

For landed properties: Condition of gate, fencing, driveway, roof, external walls.

Layout efficiency and functionality – does it suit your needs?

Natural light and ventilation in all rooms.

Unit facing and views (e.g., pool view, unblocked, afternoon sun).

Signs of wear and tear: walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, windows.

Any signs of water leakage, mould, or pest infestation?

Storage space availability (built-in wardrobes, cabinets).

Condition of electrical points, switches, and air-conditioning units.

Condition of cabinets, countertops, sink, and taps.

Age and condition of built-in appliances (hob, hood, oven).

Sufficient workspace and storage.
